Our Story
Palm State Clear Cut was founded to serve Central Florida property owners with honest per-acre pricing and work done right the first time. Florida land clearing is different from most of the country: palmetto scrub comes back hard, specimen trees have real protections, cypress and wetlands trigger permitting, and hurricane seasons stack cleanup work on top of the usual building-season demand. We’ve built the crews, equipment, and permit knowledge to handle all of it.

He personally does site walks, writes the quotes, and makes sure every job runs the way you’d expect a family-owned Florida contractor to run: on time, on budget, and left cleaner than we found it.
